new-b-reefer
Most recent FTS Hello everyone. Been away for a while dealing with moving and closing escrow on our new home and..... setting up my new tank! Moved from my 55 gallon uniquarium to a cad lights 50 gallon cube with 18g sump. This system http://www.cadlights.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=293 Whole system came with everything and I put a kessil 360 led over it. Love this tank, a huge upgrade in quality and seems much more refined. Also the cube footprint allows for more swimming room (especially since 1/3 of the display is taken up by a false wall hiding filtration.) And give the scape more depth and dimension. Anyway, you guys want pics feedback welcomed Quote Link to comment
new-b-reefer
More pics of the new tank. Had a casualty though. I have lost my foxface last night. Survived the first move and seems the second one was too much. Although was looking a bit skinny when I moved him this last time and wasn't eating well. So so bummed. Had him for a long time. Hopefully no more casualties. All the others are active and eating well (knock on wood) Quote Link to comment

Matteo
Don't want to be "that guy" but a sailfin tang in a 50g? Quote Link to comment
new-b-reefer
Don't want to be "that guy" but a sailfin tang in a 50g? understandable and yes, for now. I am aware of the size they can achieve and I know for a fact that it is much happier where it is now versus the little 8-10 gallon box it was in at the lfs Quote Link to comment
new-b-reefer
Picture update, I thinned out a lot of my Kenya tree corals to make a little bit of room on the left side to add a couple Frags in the near future. Quote Link to comment
new-b-reefer
A few new pictures. Picked up a zoa colony at reef-a-palooza Really liking how the zoas grew on the muscles and some of those muscles are still alive so the whole colony will move when they open and close 1 Quote Link to comment
