Dula
My clam has migrated to a spot in my rocks. I did have it out in the open on my sand bed but it didnt take to the plug I put under it. It has now moved (shimmied may be more correct of a term) closer to my rock. My instinct is to leave it be and not change anything around or force it to be somewhere. Any suggestions? Link to comment
tetraodon
dont mess with it, they will crawl around until they find a spot they like, one of my older clams, spins. it likes to rotate, it doesnt move around just spins a litte every day. unless you see any real signs that its not doing ok, dont mess with it Link to comment

HarryPotter
In my experience clams have not "migrated" exactly- if they're unhappy they'll just tip the self over. There should be nice flow, just enough to shake the mantle but not enough to bother the inlet/outlet tubes Link to comment
