Clown fish are very easy to take care of. I have a maroon clownfish pair that is about 9 years old. I also have a black and white clownfish in my other tank. Just feed em. No guarantee that he will host your nem. My maroon clown jump right into my BTA, but my black and white clown shows little interest in my other BTA that's inside there with him. Good luck. ndrobey
Keep a lid on the tank. Clowns will jump out and die if you don't. Link to comment
righttirefire
I've heard an anemone should be 2x the size of the clown. I put in an anemome hoping it'll get settled and comfortable before adding a clown Link to comment
clownfitch
I am sure there will be disagreements to this statement but.... Anemones for the most part do not fair very well in a tank that has been running for less than 9 months to a year. To have the best chance of success you should try to find a clone from a local reefer rather than purchasing a wild caught online or from a lfs. A clone that has been aqua-cultured will stand a much higher chance of thriving in your tank than wild caught. Link to comment

Lucky I guess. Lucky for now anyway. I'm not sure how prone to jumping Maroons are (my guess is not very) but 6 months is a very short time span in the life of a fish that can be expected to live for years. A lid is a very small investment that could be the difference between that lifespan being years or months. Link to comment
