Thanks you guys!!!!!! Glad you all like it as much as I do!!!! I wasn't familiar with this coral and it really caught my eye when I saw Felicia's frag. It just really stood out to me. I love the pink ruffles!

Guess I'm going to need to take some more photos :).

Kinds looks like blasto meets trumpet coral meets rock flower.

They always remind me of giant meaty, clustered up shrooms.

I really need to venture out of lawns thread more often. So many nice tanks that I've been missing. Everything looks great gena. :)

Oh gosh...what an ordeal to get her! We confined ours to the bedroom for the first two weeks to avoid a situation like that! The coral has a base like a wall hammer so it just closes up partially into that at night.

Pictures will have to wait. did something to my shoulder. went to urgent care today and they think its a possible torn rotator cuff. Gonna see a specialist tomorrow. Its been extremely painful. Most I want to do is lay in bed and sleep or watch movies. Actually tonigt is the best Ive felt so hopefully its nothing too serious and something that will just need time to heal and not require surgery. typing with one hand is not fun! As soon as I'm well I will post up some photos :).

The tank looks great and I love the fox coral

I'm so sorry to hear about your shoulder. I had shoulder surgery a few years ago and it wasn't much fun, although it was a huge relief once I got through it because it's such a debilitating condition. Here's hoping it's something that can heal without too much difficulty.

Ah Gena, sorry about your shoulder. That's a painful condition for sure. I love your new fox coral. I have been considering one as well and seeing yours only increases my desire to get one.

Feel better soon and praying it will just heal without surgery. :) I did the same thing years ago carrying water buckets out in the barn. Did not have any surgery done but babied it for a very long time. It is fine now but I purposely dont do any heavy lifting anymore.

Thanks you guys for the well wishes :flower:. I'm definitely getting better. Much less pain. I want to find out exactly what I did. I'm hardly able to move my arm still but at least I'm not in constant pain now. Only time it didnt hurt was when I had motrin in me. Now I have no pain even without motrin if I dont move the shoulder.

Thank you! My days of lifting 5g buckets of water may be over. Unless maybe some arm strengthening exercises are what I need. Hopefully I'll find that out today.

Ouch Gena. I hope the shoulder gets better! Something it could be other than a rotator cuff injury -- especially because you tend to know what you did when you tear the rotator cuff -- is a pinched nerve. A couple years ago I had a pinched nerve in my neck from a muscle spasm that gave pretty searing shoulder pain. Couldn't even raise my arm. It took lots of PT, but it is completely back to normal now without any surgery or injections.

OMG, I will need to get the fortune cookies for Ophelia. She happens to love real fortune cookies. We always have to share with her when we get Chinese.

Yeah, I dont really know what caused this! It's been sore for awhile and then Monday night it got bad and Tueday morning I couldnt move it. I was thinking bursitis. or really bad tendinitis. but the dr. said since i cant move it it might be a tear. I definitely have a bigger range of motion today which makes me think its swelling thats causing this (bursitis).

Heres a link for the cookies. They are FILLED with catnip!

So glad to hear you are being cared for and getting some rest from things. That is what I had to do. I have handed off a lot of the heavy lifting around here to my teens and husband. I just cant do it anymore and I need to be well in all aspects to care for all of our many special children. Praying you keep getting better every day!

Thank you :flower:. The fact that I've been able to sit here as long as I have this morning is a HUGE improvement. Before I would have had to go lay down after only checking my emails!

I found out today! I have calcific tendonitis that has caused a frozen shoulder. It will heal with time and PT. I already have exercises to start at home for the next 7 weeks until my next appt. Nice to know what it is :). Looking forward to being able to use my right arm again!

Those kitties are such a joy. I have fun buying them cute little toys :).

I'm behind on my water change. Going to attempt it tomorrow using only my left arm LOL. Wish me luck :).

haha..I wondered about that. He said it has nothing to do with calcium intake :). He offered a shot but I refused. The pain is pretty much gone unless I move my arm too much so I said no thank you lol. Tylenol and motrin is fine if it starts aching. I think Im past the worst of it..

Yes! and i will definitely take it easy with the water change :).
