I have some new corals who need that type of feeding.. Since I've been out of the hobby for about 4-5 years I'm not sure what's the bees knees now.. So advice is needed:) thanks!

Zoas, sympodium, clove polyps, brain coral.

Getting Duncan's and acans in the future. Probably some frog/torch/hammer at some point as well.

I like reef roids, all my filter feeders respond very well to it and I noticed alot of polyp growth on my zoas after a few months of consistent feedings. I like that it dissolves very finely. I've used reef chili a few times but not enough to vouche for it. It stays kind of gritty after mixing with water and the corals don't seem to respond as much, but that could be just my perception.

How about coral frenzy?

Also, is there a cheaper version of the feeder used to spot feed? I see they sell them but for $15 or so dollars.. Seems kinda silly for a miniature turkey baster. There has to be a cheaper way.

For the feeder, you can go to michaels or hobby lobby and get an empty plastic squeeze bottle. I got some in the cake decorating section, I think. I use it to store thinner for use in painting scale models, but it'll work great for feeding.

I like coral frenzy. Seems to have a good effect on my tabk.
