Brooklynreefer
So IM's ghost skimmer is notorious for causing major micro bubble blooms during the break in period however i got mine YESTERDAY and have it running pretty much wide open with NO bubbles entering my tank whatsoever for all YOU AIO tank owners especially IM nuvo or mini tank owners one simple little trick will make all the difference while allowing your skimmer to break in normally and not have you pull you hair our looking at all those crazy bubbles in your tank while your coral gets pissed at you too. if anyone's actually interested in this thread i'd be more than happy to show in detail with pictures how this was accomplished cheers Link to comment

Brooklynreefer
Hows the noise? Would I hear the skimmer if it was next to my couch in a living room setting? It's def a bit on the noisey side but that could be because it hasn't broken in yet They do tend to get quieter as they break in Link to comment
