Fishy41212
I recently acquired a frag of this macro. What kind is it and does it normally attach to rock or is it just a floating algae? I am becoming fascinated by macros and once I can get a bigger tank (min 125 gallon) I want to do a back reef/patch reef type setup with a lot of corals and a lot of macros. That will be a ways off which is ok because I know that macros also like to engage in allelopathy and can even kill corals. I also want this tank to look as natural as possible. In the display I am trying to keep only macros that attach to rock. Also does anyone here take normally floating algae such as chaeto and tie it down to rock to make it look like it is attached to rock? Link to comment
