Six line wrasse with flat worms/fluke pls help

So I bought a six line wrasse to eat the flat worms but it appears that a few are latched on to him. I don't know what to do should I, would a neon goby help? My QT tank is down so I can't isolate him. So if anyone out there could help I would appreciate it.

 

P.s The six line is my only fish right now.

Try doing a freshwater dip or treat with prazipro.
