CJJon
I'm basically in training as a chef. I am a pretty decent cook. Ah, good for you! Remember, taste, taste, taste, and develop your palate as much as you can - EAT. If you smoke, stop today. Smoking will screw up your sense of taste and smell. It would be like a concert pianist who is also a bare-fist boxer. So, have you ever cooked opah? Gonna be popular now I bet. The copper river salmon just came in here -- can't wait until the price drops a bit (it will). They are having a good year, so more fish! Link to comment
