Neotherm 100w heater Ato Mag float and vertex duplex mag cleaner Nano Box duo with storm or bluefish 25# special grade dry sand 16-20# live rock Spectrapure 90gpd refurbished ro/di Aquatech 8800 booster pump if needed Bucket or box of good salt Use stock return for mixing pump Vertex Refractometer Salifert test kits, api will be good enough while cycling but recommend you upgrade after that. Don't forget some inTank floss and media of your choice. I really like Boyd chemi bags for changing media and buying bulk media as it is cheaper bagging your own over the long run. This is all what I use and have been very happy with it all. Hope this helps you a lil as far as making a list. Link to comment

Seth fhy
Since you won't be using the hood and many people upgrade the return pump, it would save you a lot of money if you buy the tank only (replacement tank) and stand. The tank only comes with just the tank with no hood, lights, pump, etc. but it comes setup with the chambers and everything. You end up saving over $100 dollars if you do that and I think your list is good btw Link to comment
OsiViper
Cart looks good. Two suggestions though. if it were me, I'd ditch the API test kit, I've never had any luck getting accurate readings with them. (May have just gotten a bad batch). Also THIS is a very useful upgrade for the Biocube worth looking into. Link to comment
