Nc, make one yourself. Find a plastics place near you. Personally I have TAP plastics about 45 minutes away. It cost me $77 dollars for supplies,

I realize it's a catch basin for my sump, but the concept is the same. Have them cut the to your size, and route the edge. Solvent cement. And GE 100% silicone for plastics.

I bought it at Home Depot next to the acrylic.

this convinced me...

Are you thinking peninsula or coast to coast back? I find it satisfying to build my own stuff

US plastics. TAP plastics. Someone will cut to dimensions and send it to you. Lol. Good luck buddy. I'd offer my help, but I'm no expert on acrylic fabrication and would hate to disappoint you

What about Steve from inTank. He fabs from acrylic all the time

Think about it... odds are 1 side intake 3 chambers and the opposite end return pump. Good luck

Sounds like this could be fun. I agree with the responses that said DIY is your best bet. It's really not hard. If you have a table saw or a router that is.

In many areas even home depot/lowes carries 1/4" acrylic sheet which would work - though black would be ideal as it would be easier to hide the filtration. Another option is ABS plastic, which is commonly used in tanks for this application and it's easy to glue together using solvents available at plumbing stores. You can buy both on eBay for a decent price - or maybe post a wanted ad at your local reef forum?

As for plans, there are quite a few peninsula style AIO tanks in the members forum and other places so I would just make a list of the things you want (skimmer chamber?, Return pump size, # of media/filter sponge holders, rubble area. etc...). Lots of options I find it works best to make a list of the things you want and then make a draft in paint or excel. Post it for critique.

Otherwise - if through browsing you discover a design you like then go with that and modify to suit your needs/wants.

Good luck.
