bevo5
Hey all - I am trying to find this photo that someone here posted of their custom stand design. He/She/You had a wall built a few inches into one of the sides to create a dry area to hang controllers etc. It was really sleek - hidden wires etc. I am getting a stand built and I want to put in some dry-area shelves, but I need some photos to get an accurate idea to the builder. I'm no good with explaining stuff. So do you have that photo? OR - do any of you have a photo of what you've done for a dry compartment for controllers? Right now I'm thinking that I'll make the right end open to two shelves that are blocked off from the rest of the stand - except open to the back to wrap wires around. Then I can hang the various controllers and stuff in the top one and store food, additives, etc. in the lower shelf. Actually - I want that photo - but I also just want other ideas. So please do post whatever you've done to create a dry space/shelf unit in your stand. Thanks. Link to comment
D Z
I havent actually gotten around to building this yet, but you may be able to use these renderings to get you point accross to your builder. You can see how I closed off the right hand side into a dry area for electronics. Doors open by cchsoracle, on Flickr Sump by cchsoracle, on Flickr Link to comment
