Nanimal Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 Looking to upgrade to a slightly bigger tank and its between the IM nuvo fusion nano 10g and the JBJ rimless 8g. Can someone compare the 2 for me? Here are a few points I am weighing: -IM is more reasonably priced by about 40% -The JBJ has dual return pumps (that I've heard are of higher quality) -IM seems more flexible with what can be added in the rear chamber (as a result of the single pump) -Glass top vs Mesh top -Curved glass vs square edges Link to comment

I also have a NC 28G and the Fusion 10G glass has better clarity. I'm assuming that the 8g jbj has the same glass as the NC 28G. Curved glass always makes me nervous. My vote goes to Fusion 10G. nismo_sky32 Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 My vote goes to the fusion as well. Glass clarity is better and the bent corner distortion on the jbj can get annoying. The pump in my nuvo 8 has been running strong for over a year with no issues and has plenty of flow Link to comment
