DocReef
I agree. I was going to say Colonista snails, but they look like little limpets or maybe baby trochus snails. Either way, I think they're okay as long as they're not irritating your coral. Link to comment

MadReefer13
Should I be worried that this is what is messing with my zoas? Do they look to be the pest Link to comment
amphipod
Limpets are herbivores and should be quite welcome in the tank, they probably are getting lots of microalgae in the tank. MadReefer13
ok now to find out whats the zoa problem both colony was on same rock been seeing some cyno i think on them also could that be it Link to comment
cromag27
Cyano usually isn't a problem for zoas unless a sheet of it covers the entire colony. Link to comment

amphipod
I'm seeing some brown stuff on some of the closed zoanthid polyps, is that cyanobacteria? Hopefully its no bacterial infection. No the limpets certianly wouldn't have been the culprit for dying or sick zoanthids. Link to comment

amphipod
The zoas should never have dirt and microbial films covering, I'd say of you maybe put a little more flow on them and clean them off they should be good, but second opinions are nice. Link to comment
