Yellow Tang not looking good -- red blotches.

I did some searching and it looks like its a bacterial infection. She has had it for about a week and it hasn't gotten any better.

She also hasn't taken much to any food. I've tried multiple types of seaweed, algae drops, hikari flakes...Nothing seems to really get her going or crazy about the food. She eats a few bites and thats it.

She has been in the tank for 6 months and hasn't really eaten much since day one.

How can I heal the bacterial infection quickly? And if it requires soaking, what other foods can I try that she might eat?

Bacterial infections often respond to antibiotics. Try putting some in whatever food the fish will eat. If the fish is in a QT, you can put antibiotics in the tank water.
