Safe to run a neotherm in an ac50 inTank basket?

I have a quick question, mainly just to see if there is anyone out there who has run an AC50 as pictured on the inTank site (with a neotherm in the first chamber). I really don't want a heater in my display, and it seems like it fits nicely in there. The water comes up about a third of the way on the temp dial, but there isn't a minimum water line on the heater so I am not sure if it needs to be submerged further.

I couldn't find anyone via search who was running this config - any thoughts, experiences?

The top portion of the heater doesn't seem to be producing any heat, but I wonder if the thermostat may be up higher and not submerged?

aw crap.. I think I just answered my own question. BRS's description for the heater: Minimum water level - Top of the bezel.

Yeah.. since I posted this thread, I've found a couple threads on other forums showing how these things can explode when not properly submerged. That and I had a stealth heater pop on me violently, so I will just put up with it being in the display for now just to be safe.
