mrBananas Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 Yes, the tubes with the spiral base are. I use a metal dental pick to completely scrape them off outside of the tank. I've heard superglue on the openings works well too. The vermatid I have piss off the corals with their slime strings so they get axed when I get the chance. The brown/red slime film looks like cyano. Link to comment

The brown/red slime film looks like cyano. Yeah that is cyano. I took that pic a week ago. I have reduced the light cycle and it seems to be going away. I used scissors that came with my tweezers I got for the tank to chop them off. Hopefully they wont come back. Link to comment
