You will be the front-line of our company and engage with customers on a daily basis via phone, email and live chat. Your job is to make customers happy by resolving problems and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. You will provide shoppers with accurate information about our products and how to properly use them. You will also answer questions about order status, order tracking, returns and site navigation in a prompt and courteous manner. The governor issue a statewide mandate earlier this month which stipulated we must reduce water use by 25% by 2/28/16. Local water agencies also have to adopt new rate structures, so the penalties of using substantial amounts of water may be high. It isn't yet clear what those rates changes will be for Garden Grove, where we are located. Lucky b@$T@rd$!.... Sunny California, and a cool gig with a cool company! Good luck to the potential candidates Aside from the traffic, Southern California (specifically Orange County where we are located) is a wonderful place to live and a hot spot for the hobby.
