Baroose_Le
I like the capabilities of the light but is it way overkill? How much will it have to be dialed down to avoid frying livestock? Link to comment
rturiak
You can control the light output with it, and you could turn it way down to not burn your tank, and it would be a good to have the potential to hang it on a larger tank in the future. Link to comment
Baroose_Le
Thanks, I realize it can be turned down but I'm wondering how much. I mean it will be harder to tune the light for my corals if I have everything dialed down to 5 to 10% vs 50 to 70%. I really like everything I've heard about the light just not sure it would be good for such a small tank Link to comment
Cove
I think its a great option. I personally think that even setting the LEDs between 1-10 % will give you a noticeable difference in colour. Link to comment
Horerczy
Should be fine. It's output is pretty much on par with the Nanobox Mini Tide and that ends up over similar sized tanks fairly often. Just keep the light at a lower level of output or hang it higher than you normally would. Link to comment
