pippa Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 So I picked up a used JBJ 28 quad for a song and I'm excited to get it up and running. My plans are to gut the hood and put in a rapid LED kit. Here's the thing, the last owner wasn't using the hood and gave it to me separately and I can't figure out how it attaches. Where do the hooks go? Am I missing something that covers the very back compartment? I tried searching for pictures online but came up short. Help! Link to comment
tdannhauser30 Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 I have the jbj nanocube 28 but have the LED lighting.. I think the hinges are the same though. My hood has a small bar of plastic at either end of the back corners that pop into fittings on the tank frame, which makes the hinges. I dont know if thats clear at all, haha in my mind it is but probably not to anyone else lol. And no as far as i know ther eis no cover on the back compartment. Did he de rim the tank?
