Superfish IQUBE3

Started up my pico again last weekend. Due to renovations in my home i have been without a tank at home for more than a year. Haven't been completely tankless there's still a 46liter nano at work. A friend of mine rescaped his tank and i got some leftover rock. So i restarted the pico.

I've had the tank since 2012 and it has run for 1,5 years. In the second summer i had the tank i left school. While at work the pico got too hot for several weeks... That was the end...

I had a diy led on it back then. Now i'm using a orion wave marine (2,4watt led)

Some old pictures:

Now i'm running:

-Superfish Iqube 3
-wave 15 watt heater
-300liter/h pump in tank
-stock pump in the back
-orion wave led
-aqualight tc-300 ( stole it from the nano because i couldn't get the temp stable)
-asus mainboard fan for cooling

-1 table spoon Rowaphos
-filter floss
-live rock

Going bare bottom this time.

My cooling and ATO setup for now:

very nice. I do not understand, how the DIY cooling is working. Can you give me some tutoring?

It's a fan used to cool heatsinks. Air comes out at the bottom:

I shortened the mounting clips and then they were bent so they would lock in with the black wall of the sump. The blades are angled so the air comes out in an angle. Filled the back up with mounting foam so more of the water surface could be reached.
