afyounie
I've been using the gyre or long pulse mode for the past month. 30 min at 60%, 30 min at min. Seems to be doing a great job keeping the detritus down. Link to comment

Spoon Fed EM1
Anti-sync, I'm guessing that means both sides don't run at the same time? Does anyone run gyre mode often? I was guessing that does alot for bringing up detritus? I'm guessing nutrient mode is better? Link to comment
StrainedSky
You should use sync if both pumps are on one side of the tank and Anti-sync if they're on opposite sides. All Gyre mode is a long pulse mode renamed. Nutrient mode is supposed to bring detritus up to the surface with a surge to dump it in your overflow. Which is better ? That is always going to be a matter of opinion. Link to comment
reefernanoman
It depends on the time off day. My Apex program dictates that . Link to comment
