Chungy
Bought a pair of clownfish in a frag swap last week, it's been in the QT since then. One of the fishes developed a bump/blister on it's chin, any idea what it could be and how to treat it? No other signs of distress or health issue otherwise. Thanks! Link to comment
ajmckay
IMO most likely a bump or something caused by scraping against something or possibly aggression between the fish. Since it's in QT you may want to consider treating with something to prevent bacterial/fungal infections. Also observe closely for the next few days. As long as it doesn't get too infected it should heal up. Link to comment
ndrobey
It is probably a small injury incurred during capture and transport. It will probably heal up okay on its own, just keep an eye on it. Link to comment
