help me choose a pump for fuge/DSB?

I'm wanting to setup either a fuge or a DSB under my biocube 14. Since I have the factory stand space is very limited, so my plan is to use a 5g bucket as the container. I have read quite a bit on the pros and cons of both, but I'm still trying to decide on which route to go with. Im planning on adding a pair of yasha gobies, so I would like to be able to grow pods in a fuge for them and my coral, but I don't know if it's necessary. If anyone has any input on either I would love to hear it as well as your pump recommendations for a pump. I will need something that can handle roughly 4ft of head height as well as probably 3 90 degree elbows.
