ProtectDa2nd Posted February 26, 2015 Share Posted February 26, 2015 New tank been searching around to trying to figure out the things that are on my live fiji rock. pic 1-Green spots on rock pic 2-Looks like a big mushroom on the back corner of tank pic 3-Black spot all over rock pic 4-orange fuzzy almost like a sponge popping up on the rock (small but it's in the middle of the picture couldn't get a decent shot sorry) Any help would be great guys thanks! I assume you are now or just finished with your cycling and that the rock had a lot of various sponges and plant matter when you first got it. For #1 just leave it be For#s 2-4 take a turkey baster and blast all that stuff or peel it off if before your next water change. Otherwise just leave it till the end of the cycle. Link to comment
