VW_TDI_02
So far this acan is my favorite coral and I think it's been doing really well. I feed it every other day a frozen blend of white fish, shrimp, scallops, mysis, and spiralina and it always appears happy. If you look underneath the fleshy mantle there are two little spuds that look to be growing off of it. They look a bit like a closed up zoanthid and I'm wondering what they are. I'm thinking they are two new heads coming out but honestly I have no idea. Oh, and I apologize for the picture. All I have is my phone camera... New heads? by vazquez_v1, on Flickr Link to comment
ipodnano
Tough to tell by the picture, but I would bet that they are new heads of the acan. IME that is how they sprout new heads. Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
Well so far they haven't really changed. In mostly blue light, I can see a bit of bio luminescence but that's about it. Will have to wait and see what happens. Link to comment
