It's food for your corals, but really it feeds your zooplanktons so they can reproduce and become food for corals and fish, they even act as a clearn up crew before they're eaten! Best of all you won't add tons of phospates to the tank! be careful with amino acid products, escpeially if you don't have a skimmer. They're full of phosphate! Link to comment
