How much Selcon?

I'm planning on making my own food using scallops, white fish (probably swai or tilapia), shrimp, mysis shrimp, spiralina, and maybe some clams. The plan is to use either an immersion blender or my current blender to dice it all up into smaller chunks. I don't want to liquefy the stuff but just get it small enough for my clowns and not to cloud up the water too much. Right now I have right around a pound of scallops and will probably get a pound or two of shrimp, half pound of clams, and a pound or so of fish. The issue is that I have no idea how much Selcon to use with it. I'm going to be mixing it all together and adding it to some ziplock bags. I will put just enough to make a nice thin sheet of it. This way I can break off some small chunks, thaw, and feed.

Get silicone icecube trays, from Amazon. Put your slurry in that. Put in ziplock, freeze.

You only need a little Selcon. For reference, half a dropper in a 40B is just a little too much. Every other week, or so.

Its mostly lipids, so it will kill your skimmer for a few hours.

I only use it for the tridacna, really.

The issue with ice trays is that they are too big for my tank. I only have two clownfish for now so those trays would need to be tiny. I normally just shave a thin (1/32") piece of mysis shrimp from those cubes and that's more than enough. I'll probably end up using about two droppers full depending on the size of the batch I end up making.
