My Rear Chambers. Looking for feedback.

Hi All,

I got a AIO Fusion 30L and broke down my 80g with a fuge. Got tired of plumbing ect.

So here's how my back chambers are setup, wanted some feedback.

From left to right, keeping in mind there are five total chambers and two entires from lOne far left, and far right.

Far Left) InTank Basket with Macro and a fuge light. Reverse timer from my daytime bulbs.

Second Left) Heater

Middle) Return Pump, Tunze ATO, Tunze Skimmer(Moving it there this week.)

Second Right) CerMedia MarinePure 1" Block cut to size. (I use VidaRock in the display)

Far Right) InTank Media Basket with Floss, Purigen, Chemipure Blue.

Now not all of this is in play yet, I've heard not to run Blue and Purigen, so right now the Purigen is not in the tank, and I'm waiting on a second Media Basket from them. I also have yet to install the CerMedia block.

Thoughts?

I do not run any reactors, and I'm not planning to run any. I just got two IM MiniMax reactors and they are not a good fit on the fusion 30L. So I'm not going to bother, I'll just resell those. Hence the additonal filteration route.

Sounds good to me. My only thought is that Purigen and Chemipure Blue may be very similar in function. Where as Chemipure Elite may be a better option given that it contains GFO to help control phosphates.

I have used Elite, Purigen, polyfilter and carbon on my JBJ 28 gal system since last May. Change them out every 4 to 6 weeks and have had great success thus far.

Good Luck!

It is a little hard getting a picture of the back because it is against the wall. Here is the best I could get.

I use and InTank media basket that has all the filtration media. One one return side I have the heater and on the other I have the float switch for the Tunze ATO. I replace the filter pad every couple of days.

Hope this helps.
