Rnrhedley
How big of a dump would be good for a 125 g tank. Is it the bigger the better or is there a good rule of thumb on the size? Link to comment
Mojado
I'd say big enough to hold your equipment and also to deal with water flowing back from DT when pumps are off. At 125G, I think you have enough water volume to ensure stability. Link to comment
Rnrhedley
I have a spare 30 g or 55 g would either or these work good. This is my first sump so trying to get things right. Thank for the help. Link to comment
joeyhatch11
Either tank should work great. If you can fit it, I'd say go with the 55. Bigger the better right more water volume too. Plus it'll give you ample room for anything you may want to add in the sump. Link to comment
