Mitchell Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 I just bout a 29 gallon biocube and I also bought the 4 additional LED strips. 2 white and 2 blue. The problem is when the main lights shut down and the moonlights are on so are the 2 white LED strips. If I remove the 2 white strips will that be a big detriment to the overall lighting? Would the 2 white strips add that much light to the tank? Will I even notice a diference? Thanks in advance folks Link to comment
LongDoggy Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 only one real way to find out. Its pretty easy to pop open the splash guard and take out the LED strips. Just do a test for yourself and see which is more pleasing to your eye. IMO, just do a full retrofit of LEDs. Best thing besides ATO I ever did for my Biocube. Link to comment
