I target feed the scallop and my gorgonian daily using marine snow and algagen coral smoothie and shut off my main pump for an hour post feeding to allow for circulation/absorption. Link to comment
Bingo1213 Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 They are tricky as they are much like clams in that they often don't show signs of not doing well until it is too late. It sounds like you are doing all you can to keep it well fed, and thats all you can do at this point! Keep up the good work and you have a good chance at him living, but do keep in mind they rarely pass a year in a closed system. But that being said I had one for almost 2 years and I have heard other cases where others have made it that long! Link to comment
