diy led grow lights! need help choosing best leds and power supply

basically i want to build a led grow panel and was wondering if i can use the full spectrum led chips?

or is there any better leds that would be more efficient at growing large plants. how many watt led chips are best for growing? what leds are easyer to control the temp.? what power supply?any ideas are welcome. also for a decent price

my idea so far is to get....

 

5 10-50w red led chip?

2 10-100w cree full spectrum?

2 10-50w blue led chip ?

3 10-50w warm white led chip?
