VW_TDI_02
Looking for a wave controller. The Hydor Smart Wave is the one I have been looking at so far. I found it for $49 shipped off of Amazon. I have two powerheads but I'm open to a package deal for some nano power heads. If there are any other brands in this price range then just post and I'll check them out as well so it doesn't have to be a Hydor. Now looking for a single Jebao RW-4. [update - 1/31/15] Still looking. Amazon has them for $55 shipped but hoping to get one used. [update - 2/4/15] Bought one new... Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
Still looking for a wave controller for my 20 long. Side note, Stan has a great deal up on his pumps. Unfortunately they are way too powerful for my tank. Link to comment
Nickbruh510
Why not just buy a jebao? 45.50$ on amazon Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
Why not just buy a jebao? 45.50$ on amazon Because I was hoping to control two powerheads in order to have a nice swaying motion in the tank. Worst case scenario right now is getting a new Hydor Koralia Wave Controller but I was trying to see if anyone was trying to get rid of one of their used ones for less. Link to comment
Nickbruh510
I guarantee you one jebao wp-10 could give you a nice wave better than two koralia a guaranteed:) With the jebaos you would only need one ask anyone on here. Bta worst case scenario right now is not buying a jebao:) Link to comment
Nickbruh510
Lol I dug thru my box and found a jbj oceanstream if you are still looking for a wave maker? Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
I'm getting one in tomorrow, if it's to strong for my tank I'll PM you. Link to comment

VW_TDI_02
Lol I dug thru my box and found a jbj oceanstream if you are still looking for a wave maker I think I'm going to settle for just one of the Jebao RW-4. If I can get one used then I'll take that but if not I'll wait a week or two and get a new one. I'm getting one in tomorrow, if it's to strong for my tank I'll PM you. One of which if I may ask?? Lol awesome what did you roll with? I think I'm going with a Jebao RW-4. Looks great so far and should do well in my tank. Link to comment
sprayed99
I have a RW-4 in my 20x20x20 AIO and it is more than enough. I run it on the 4th from the lowest setting on W1. If I turn it all the way up it starts a dust storm! Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
Sprayed, what setting would you suggest for a 12 gallon Link to comment
Nickbruh510
Try all the setting and gradually ramp up Link to comment
sprayed99
Sprayed, what setting would you suggest for a 12 gallon That question is very hard to answer. It depends on dimensions and what is being kept in the tank. Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
Well I got mine in today and I think its way to powerful on my 12 gallon. My clown fish went to hide in a cave. Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
Still looking for a Jebao RW-4. Amazon has them for $55 shipped but I'm hoping to get one used for a bit less. I'm going 100% used from here on out with this build so I know I have to be patient. Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
Bump - Still looking Link to comment
Paandemonium
Amazon has them under wholesale... I suggest you buy. Not many people get rid of their Jebao, they're cheap and work well and in two years if it breaks/ a new version comes out you can actually afford to buy a new one. Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
I don't understand how this hobby just keeps sucking all of the money out of my wallet... Link to comment
VW_TDI_02
No longer looking... I caved and ended up buying one new from Amazon for $55. Ended up ordering some coral glue and some Selcon since I'm going to try and make my own food eventually. Link to comment
