[iphone 6] How to reduce the blue/purple?

I am trying to take pictures of my new tank and coral and everything turns out way too blue. I tried the Camera+ app still have to learn it.

Are there any ways to do this simpler?

If I had money I would have bought a DSLR, but spend too much on our honeymoon. So if there are cheaper solutions I am all ears!

It tired looking at gel filters because I remember reading about that a while ago but it pretty overwhelming if you have no clue what you should get.

Love to hear from your photography people.

If there is a way to adjust white balance, that would be your solution. Otherwise, I just use a cheap P&S. After adjusting white balance, my pics come out fine. I still have to tweek levels a little in Photoshop to get them just right, but I never have to worry about getting blown out by blue.

I bought a set of filters that work awesome for $5 shipped of this guy on facebook. His name is Mike Short.

Interesting, how do they work? Any more details you can provide?

They are called gel filters. A pack of like 10 different colored sheets that you just place in front of the camera and they make your tank look amazing on your phone.
