paradizecityz
What are these? I seem them around a couple of my live rocks but can't get a better look as when I try to take it out, the "tentacles" retract. At first I thought bristle worms but I'm just making sure if these are safe or not. Link to comment

Fluffeh
Looks like a starfish. That is what I was thinking initially. Link to comment
paradizecityz
Sorry, that's already a zoomed in picture too...I see some that are kinda black/white. Whatever it is...I just looked at my tank and saw that my BTA was tiny and saw that this worm, or whatever, was tugging on the anemone... Link to comment
amphipod
Looks so much like a brittle star, not a true starfish, and very desirable. Come at night and see if its a brittle star. Link to comment

Yeah, after further researching, I believe it's a brittle star as well...my only concern is why would it pick at my anemone like that...? Link to comment
amphipod
Maybe he was simply trying to walk, the tube feet were probably grabbing the nem, and it simply retracted. No harm. Link to comment
