12_egg_Omelette
I was wondering if anyone has used either one of these. The option is the Puratek for $150 or the Tunze 3155 for $90. This will go into my 12 gallon Nano Cube. Link to comment
StevieT
Experienced it at macna. Bad ass ATO. Otherwise look at the 3152 for a 12 gallon. Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
If they were the same price what would you go for? Link to comment
StevieT
I usually have an answer but for this one I dont. The pure tech is cool technology but never used one. Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
To be honest I think it's awesome how it can sense through the black plastic that is on the nano cube. I was thinking about putting the sensor behind chamber 3 which is where my pump and heater is. What scares me is there is no secondary back up. I think I'll also have to measure water taken out and put back in for my water changes so I do t have to keep taking the sticker adehsevise off and putting it back on. I'm going to make a decision by this weekend because the following I'm going out of town for a few days for my nieces burthday. Link to comment
StevieT
Its not hard to remove the balck but still cool it can see through. The owners are really nice and seem like would have top notch support. I am going to carry them at some point when cash flow allows. Link to comment
12_egg_Omelette
I went ahead and purchased the Puratek and a RW-4 for my nano cube 12 gallon tank. Link to comment
