Wander
I am wanting to house some macro algae in my RS75 Sump. I am thinking about adding a holder where the stock sponge goes. It is a 2.5 inch gap about 8 inches high and 9.5 inches wide. I have an old rimless clip on LED that should be perfect for a light, and just need an acrylic holder that effectively keep cheat from being pulled into the return chamber. I love Intank's products and clean designs. However, before I contact them regarding a custom option I wanted to see if anyone here has any ideas. Over the years I have become a huge fan of macro algae, but I am not a full mud refugium fan. My idea is to have something that can fit snug into the tight but long gap and aid in nitrate removal and/or pod development. Chaeta is my first thought, but I am open to any suggestions regarding type of macro. Thanks. Link to comment
amphipod
You can do it yourself much cheaper. Just take a few pebbles and fasten the algae to the bottom. Link to comment
