Trying to get this 2 part doser running

Okay I have been a slacker for the last 2 years my tank has been setup and have tested very little, so I decided to change my ways since some of my corals that were once beautiful were dying off or loosing tons of color. I picked up a BRS 2 part dosing kit with 2 dosing pumps. and got new Reagents for my Hanna Checkers since mine had expired and went to work. First off when I tested My Cal was a little high, My Mag was a little low, but my PH and Alk were very low. I cant remember the exact numbers but my alk was about half of what it should be somewhere around 4.5 dkh and the PH was like 7.6. I know I know wow that is low! I already had mixed up my Cal, Mag, and Alk ( soda ash) so I started dosing the Alk right away manually 40ml twice a day, I also dosed some Mag to bring it up a little which was a total of maybe 150ml over a 2 week period, I wanted my mag to run on the high side to help battle some Calerpa issues Ive been having. I have been checking every couple of days and until today my Alk has slowly been rising, along with the Mag and My Cal has been pretty much hanging around 400. Today I tested and My Alk is up to 6.4 dkh, My Mag is way up around 1480, and my Cal is at 540ppm. the crazy thing is I have not done a water change or added any Cal to my system since I started testing. Does anyone know why my Cal would have risen to such a high number?

Tank Background and Specs. 75g SPS dominant tank With 20g sump/fuge with approx. 60pounds of rock in the DT so I estimate it to be around 80g of actual water. Right now I'm not running a skimmer due to needing to get some plumping work to run it externally, ReefLedLights P-47 retros as lights.

How high is too high when it comes to Calcium in an SPS tank? I know normal is between 380 - 450ppm, but when will it start hurting the tank having too high of Calcium? Mine was at 540pp last time I checked should I be worried? If so how should I get it down? Thanks!

Yeah I am trying to bring my Alk up by manually dosing in hopes that it will slowly bring my calcium down, I have my mag pretty high right now. I am going to try to do a 10g water change tomorrow and continue to dose alk in hopes that they will start to level out. Does this sound like a good idea?
