I cannot believe I'm telling you guys this story - but I had a great customer service experience with Hydor.

 

While I was moving, I lost a magnet that holds my ATO sensor in place - making the device unusable -

I wrote Hydor about it via their website, and the next day I was contacted - telling me that they do not have a new piece for me - but they have a refurbished one - I said no problem, I'll take it...

 

 

... they're sending it to me FOR FREE.

 

whattttttt?!?!?!?!?!?!? unheard of! A+. Now that's customer service.

Just to let you know - these did come to me. I was sent TWO of the replacements for free. in a timely manner.
