clownfish acting weird with my cardinal

Hi guys,

 

I have a pair of clowns, and over the last few days the bigger one has started almost lying on top on my bangai. She swims over him then almost flops on top of him. Doesn't get aggressive and bangai doesn't seem to mind, doesn't swim off just stays there, what are they doing?

Possibly a warning? My female Maroon Clown would just tear apart any other fish in my 28G tank(no guessing on my part )

Personally I have not seen clownfish being play rough house with another fish for any good intensions so I too would be worried she's up to no good
