Whats in my tank?

Started appearing at the beginning of the month, look like algae so i changed all my filter media too see if it would help. Noticed today when cleaning it off the glass that they were moving around. Started on the rocks, is now on the bed and glass. Looks photosynthetic judging by the way it holds onto the rock also saw a small reduction when I did a 2 day black out.

Not too difficult to get rid of but you're gonna have to be careful of the toxins they release when dying.
