Setting up a Nano Reef, need help.

I'm setting up a 14g Nano Reef and need some help.

This is how it will be set up:

 

2' x 1' x 1'

Hang on filter with a skimmer

14g sump (2' x 1' x 1')

MaxiJet 1200 powerhead

 

I want to have corals, will 2x Eheim powerLED Marine do the job?

Or should I rather do some T5's?

The question on the light depends on what you are going to do for coral. If you go with T5s you can pretty much grow any coral.

Im thinking of going with 4x 15w T5s. I will be using tubes from Sera, I was thinking about doing 2x daylight brilliant and 2x blue sky, or a 3:1 ratio.
