Second Order - USPS loses package, John ships out another... A++

Hey all

 

I decided to buy another small package for my Nuvo 30L to replace the snails that have most likely perished.

 

I ordered and John assured me that they would be okay traveling during this cold(er) season. I am located in NJ so I don't want animals to die because I decided I wanted to replenish my cleanup crew.

 

Well the package didn't arrive for 7 days. I let John know and he said apparnetly they lost the package and he sends me out another one.

 

Yesterday the original order came, and everything was so cold inside, and didn't smell good. Unfortunately, they perished. Today, my re-shipment arrived, heatpack still warm, and I did the 15 minute acclimation and dumped the in.

 

It's been an hour and everyones already dispersed and hanging on my tank wall, or exploring their new home in the crevices.

 

This order, I didn't ask for any Hermits, but I found already 3 baby hermits hiding in the snail shells! Oh my.

Will repeat if I need to replenish again, or if I ever get a massive tank that needs CUC
