seabass Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 Just looks like micro algae to me. You can scrape it off the glass, then siphon out the loose algae. It shouldn't hurt the other livestock in your tank, but it might indicate that phosphate levels are on the high side. Get a good low range phosphate test kit to monitor this important level. Also, I'd add a couple more Trochus snails to help keep the rocks clean. Link to comment
