I can't understand why....

So I here is my set up

75 gallon with overflow box maybe 600 GPH, which is all changing soon, but anyways, maxspect razor 300 watt, reef octopus skimmer SSS1000, 34 gallon NextReef sump, refugium with chateo which was just added 2 days ago, running a eheim compact + 3000 for a return, 2 Jabeo WP25.

For some reason I have a constant issue of a hard green algea covering my entire back wall of my tank, no where else but I have to get it off with a razor blade once a week or so. My light cycle has been a nightmare, I love the razor but can not get a good light cycle down to save my life I am talking 6-7 months of changing the % output with no success. Some corals do ok, some burn. But nothing grows like it should. I wish I can't get rid of the light but theres too much money invested in it. My levels are all fine, no phosphates that I can detect with my salifert kit, nitrates are low 2.5-5, I do a 10 gallon water change with RO/DI water and yes its reading 0 TDS, I can't understand why I get this algae, and no to mention to coraline on my back wall either. I keep all my cal, alk, mag up to par- 450, 9.0, 1350. I adjusted my light schedule down to 5 hours now and my max whites are at 50%, blues 60%. Anyone have any suggestions about this? I light is suspended with the legs it came with, I have no way to put it up higher either, oh yeah I switch all the lenses out to 120 degree optics.

The only thing I can think of is that I am not getting a good enough turn over rate which will be adressed soon when I put my new glass-holes 1500GHP overflow on my new 75 tank, then just switching everything out. Seems like my sump gets rather dirty with detritus quit often.

I would leave the lights alone find a setting you like and leave it there, changing the light constantly is just another variable. Second, algae film happens, just scrape it before you post any pics of the tank or cant deal with looking at it anymore.

Your tank to sump turnover sounds fine, I know mine by comparison is much less.

Instead of changing the lighting when corals start burning just move the coral away from the high light areas this will keep some consistency in the corals that do like their lighting.

If the algae film growing really bothers you you can try a UV filter, it won't remove whats already there but will sterilize whatever is in the water column many people report having to scrape the glass less once installing one.

If you are not opposed to macro algae try adding some to the display to compete with the micro algae for nutrients, I find some macros to be very pretty.

Those are just a few more basic suggestions without really knowing your system I would be afraid to suggest other methods. Your tank is still young though at 7 months. A lot of the time once tanks mature these things really just clear up on their own.
