MOJOEJOEJOE Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 I thypically dont do reviews because IMO everyone has there own opinion and demands for products they buy. But damn this Kessil looks good. I have done several DIY builds ranging from cheap China LED`S to Cree to bridgleux. Again we all have our own opinion on what " good is" but Kessil nailed it. The color and spread from this light is fantastic. I wish I had purchased the newer model because it comes with an optional controller but for my tank this is great. Im so tempted to strip back the power cord (d.c) side and interface it to my Arduino. Im about 90% sure that it would work and I could dim the leds a bit but at $200 it`s a risk Im not ready or willing to take. Im not sure what the rules are for mentioning on line stores but the guy I got my lights from is great to work with. I wont post a link right now because hes not a sponsor here.
