Great! It's always nice to see a fish tank get wet :)

Couldn't agree more

Congratulations! What are your plans for equipment? Are you using the IM Skye light?

Very possible. I got a few different ones lying around. Just need to see which fits best with the decor as the tank will be sitting in my study

Thanks, guys!

Have a great weekend! Will be off to the Repticon this weekend

Nice!! What are your plans??

Sweet countertops too!

Thank you! That's the kitchen counter top which I am grateful my boss lady let me borrowed it to test the tank:P

The plan is to move my existing 10-gallon(which was in itself a make-shift tank because the original tank leaked) to the nuvo. Thinking of using this light. If only they have one with actinic.

Looks nice! Hope the leak test went well.

The light you linked to is a light designed for planted aquariums - is that the right light? It looks really cool but the spectrum won't be right for corals.

There's a lot of good information here on NR about the different lighting options available at various price points. We'll be happy to let you know the good (and bad) points about the lights we've been using on our IM10's too, if you like.

Most definitely! Thank you

*****************UPDATE: I will finally set up the tank this weekend as my schedule is more relaxed now! More pix to come!

Here is the latest update. Finally able to set it up. Put the rocks in. This is the hardscape for now. We'll see how long I take in this setup. If I still like it by this weekend I will leave it be.

Been several weeks. Tank should be cycled(since I'm using existing live rocks and water). Here is the latest pix I just took. Picked up a nice piece of rock with mushrooms. Looking to add more corals later on. Thank you:)

Just adding these two new pix of the corals in my nuvo 10 right now. Tank parameter has been stabilized and so I will be adding more corals from here on out.
