tunaaaa
At least thats what it looks like to me. Is it reef safe? Link to comment
Pinner Reef
It's hard to see. Looks kinda like a velvet. Can you get a better pic per chance? Link to comment
tunaaaa
That was the best pic out of 20. I have a terrible camera. I thought it was a velvet too, but this guy is a dark grey and looks like he's holding down a shell on his back (the lighter colored part on his back) Link to comment
Dell
Any of the Velvets that I have seen are jet black with a blue strip, I'm not seeing that here. Link to comment
tunaaaa
It looks alot like this. http://rwglobal.com/~8arm/images/Bubble_shell_Nudibranch_020-566986686.jpg http://www.seaslugforum.net/showall/hamivire Does anyone know how to take care of this type? Link to comment
amphipod
Though I wouldn't know the exact species, I do know it will probably starve since nudibranch are voracious. Also the diet is so specialized, usually for polyps, even if you found the right food, it would most likely be too expensive to keep. Link to comment
tibbsy07
If it's a velvet, you need lots of flatworms for it to eat. It doesn't look like a velvet to me. It almost looks like a snail without its shell... Link to comment
FlowerMama
unfortunately with that pic it could even be a stomatella snail Link to comment
