Merthynia Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 I bought one of the Par 30 reef lamps this past February. I loved it over my 3gal Picotope but about 3 months ago it stopped working. I have since been unable to get a call back from their support since it has a year warranty on it. I'm not really sure what to do at this point since the purchase date is creeping closer. Has anyone else had more luck getting a hold of their support staff? I really love this light and would like to get a replacement, but if that is out of the question I am open to other suggestions for lighting. Thanks, Merthynia Link to comment
zooman72 Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 You are not alone (I had a couple fail recently too, although they were past the warranty) - they have fallen off quite a bit compared to "back in the day" - try emailing them instead... Link to comment
